Content Policy

Not allowed

• Sexual content involving anyone under 18, in any form. We report this to the authorities.
• Sexual or nude content about a real person made without their consent, including realistic fake images, video or audio of a real person.
• Impersonating a real person, brand or organisation to deceive others, including fake endorsements, fake news or fake reviews.
• Content that threatens, harasses or promotes violence or hatred against people because of who they are.
• Content that encourages self-harm, or gives instructions for weapons, drugs or other serious harm.
• Scams, phishing, malware or anything meant to trick people out of money or personal data.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or privacy, including uploading other people's photos or voices without permission.

Real people and likeness

Only upload a photo, voice or video of a person if you are that person or have their clear permission. Lip sync and voice tools must not be used to make someone appear to say or do something they did not.

AI-generated content

Do not present AI-generated media as a real recording of a real event. If you publish AI-generated content where people could be misled, say that it is AI-generated.

What we do about breaches

We may refuse a request, remove content, withhold or reverse credits for the job, and suspend or close accounts. We act on reports, so if you see something that breaks this policy write to support@truecodecloud.com with a link or description.
