Terms of Service

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password secret and be responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Creative Credits

You buy Creative Credits and spend them on tools. The price in credits is shown before you confirm each action. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and are used only on Truecode Cloud. If a job fails on our side or at the AI provider, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. Prices, packs and the number of credits a tool uses can change; a change never alters a price you have already confirmed. Our Refund Policy explains payments.

Your content and what you create

You keep the rights you have in what you upload. You give us permission to process it so we can provide the service, including sending it to the AI providers that make your result. You are responsible for what you upload and ask for, and you confirm that you have the right to use it, including any person's face, voice or image.

Subject to the AI providers' own terms and the law, you may use what you generate for personal and commercial purposes. AI output can be similar to output made for other people, and we cannot promise it is free of third-party rights or that it will be unique.

What you must not do

• Break the law or help someone else to.
• Create or upload sexual content involving minors, content that sexualises a real person without consent, or content meant to deceive people by impersonating a real person.
• Make harassing, hateful or violent content aimed at people, or content that promotes self-harm.
• Infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or use bots to get free credits or free trials repeatedly.
• Resell access to the service without our written permission.

Our Content Policy

The Content Policy is part of these terms. We may refuse a request, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice where there is a risk of harm.

Availability and AI results

We work to keep Truecode Cloud available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or low quality, and you should check it before you rely on it or publish it. The service is provided as is.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, True Code Media Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example payment records and liability) continue after that.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you on the site or by email, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the change. Questions: support@truecodecloud.com.
