Refund Policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
We want you to be able to try Truecode Cloud with confidence. This page explains when credits are returned to you and what to do if a payment goes wrong.
Failed jobs are refunded automatically
If a picture, video, voiceover, music track or other job fails, or is cancelled by the AI provider, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. Prices are shown before you confirm, so you always know what a job will use.
Credits you have bought
Creative Credits are digital goods that are available to use as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because AI processing costs us money the moment a job starts, credits that have been used on a job that completed are not refundable. Unused credits are not refundable for change of mind once purchased, but see below if something went wrong.
When we will refund or fix a payment
- You were charged but the credits did not arrive. We will add the credits or refund the payment.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- A technical fault on our side stopped a paid job from being delivered and the automatic return did not happen.
- A digital product you bought was not delivered or the access details do not work, and we cannot fix it.
How to ask
Write to support@truecodecloud.com from the email on your account, or use the support form in your dashboard. Include the date, the amount and the payment reference or receipt number. We aim to reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and the time it takes to show up depends on your bank or payment provider.
Discount codes
A discount code lowers the price you pay, not the credits you receive. If a discounted payment is refunded, the amount refunded is the amount you actually paid.
